B&A Cozy Apartments comprises two distinct residences, ARIADNE and FEDON, each featuring three independent studios.
Ariadne
You will find yourself in a unique location, right above the endless blue, just a few meters from the island’s center, where you can go shopping, enjoy a coffee, and visit the excellent taverns in the area. From your balcony, you will admire the colorful neoclassical houses of Nimborio, the tranquil waters of the bay, and the amazing sunsets that paint the sky in golden and pink hues.
Our apartments are carefully designed to offer you comfort and relaxation throughout your stay. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning while the studios also feature ceiling fans for those who prefer alternative cooling option. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, while the private bathroom with a shower includes complimentary products, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. Additional amenities such as ironing facilities and a safety deposit box ensure the security and convenience of your stay.
For your entertainment, the flat-screen smart TV in the living area lets you watch your favorite shows, and the free Wi-Fi keeps you connected at all times. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Finally, with direct access to the sea via the staircase at the side of the building and the complimentary beach towels, your experience is truly complete.
Fedon
With its traditional tiled roof, characteristic of Halki’s architecture, FEDON is located in the heart of the village. Just a short walk from cafe’s, restaurants, and supermarkets, it offers easy access to everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The property consists of three apartments, all offering free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. Each apartment features a private bathroom with a shower, equipped with complimentary toiletries, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. Ironing facilities and a safety deposit box are also provided for the secure storage of your valuables.
A 32-inch Smart TV allows you to enjoy your favorite shows, while the unique courtyard of the guesthouse, and the spacious private verandas of the other two apartments, fully furnished with a large table, chairs, and a sun umbrella, provide ideal spaces to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the island.
